OUR WHISKIES

All our whiskies are brewed, distilled, aged and bottled in the « Presbytery of Angels » in Laguiole. To ensure the purity of our whiskies, we do not filter them or use additives. Their natural color comes exclusively from being aged in barrels.

Topaze

This whisky was peacefully aged in two old Sauternes casks from a magnificent estate on the banks of the Ciron. Topaze matured for many months in one of the convent’s damp cellars before being blended.

Magnum Sobroniel

This exceptional opus has been specially assembled by our cellar master from a selection of whiskies aged in our finest casks. This magnum, produced in a limited edition of 100 bottles each delivered in a wooden box, is the result of marrying TWELVE all four ageing cellars: a few liters taken here and there from each cellar, always among our best casks. Sobroniel vintage is the fruit of meticulous work and optimized distillation both magnified by slow maturation. A taste of wood, bewitching aromas, a balance between elegance and complexity: a deliberately committed whisky. As remembered by this vintage, Laguiole distillery is close to the art world, in particular sculpture and painting. An obvious choice in an Aveyron department marked by the major figure of local artist Pierre Soulages. This new edition, like the previous one, features a painting of the angel of creativity Sobroniel made by Toulouse artist Marie Bec.
