This peated single malt is blended from casks previously used for Pineau des Charentes.

Maturation in the distillery’s dry cellar gave this whisky great character. After blending, it was refined in one of our wet cellars to reveal a relatively discrete but very elegant peatiness.

It was bottled by gravity at 48%, unfiltered and uncolored, after several months of slow reduction.
