Our distillery, located just under the church at the heart of Laguiole, welcomes you all year long to show you how we make our Whisky of Aubrac.
We will show you step by step how we make whisky, from barley brewing to ageing in oak barrels. Our brewery, still and cellars are housed in the Presbytery of Angels and Laguiole’s old Convent.
